Habitually being termed as the land of opportunities, America is one of most prominent places where a lot of inspiration comes from. The whole idea of inspiration started during time when the country was founded. The country of course was founded on the idealistic goals and thoughts of some determined people. Although so much of inspiration comes from this land, not many inspiring received the recognition they deserved. One of those inspiring stories is the story Edward Slinin. The reason why this great personality has not received the kind of acknowledgement he deserved is because of the fact that he never really bragged or boasted about his success. He is just a modest person.

The legendary story of Edward Slinin begins when he came to America, the land of opportunities, like many other people, in the late 70’s. People come here every day to achieve their big American dream. America, being a hot spot for many industries, provides a lot of inspiration. Edward was around 12 years of age and his family accompanied him to this big country. He started working immediately moving from one job to another and helping his parents in clearing their bills. And after shifting as many as 25 jobs, he eventually ended up being a driver for the Limousine. Ever the moment he offered his services as a driver to the first traveler there, he wanted to start a travel company.

After so much of determination and hard work, Edward Slinin started a company called the Corporate Transport group. He contributed so much to the company. He always made sure to keep his customers’ needs and requirements before his own. Some of the classic examples for this are- CTG were the only transport available during the twin tower and the Hudson River tragedies. His company was awarded the American Business ‘Millennium Addition Award’ presented by Whos Who, ‘Bridge of the Success’ presented by the JP Morgan Chase for being among the top ten job creators in the New York City.
